Brendan “Buzz” MacAllister is an artist and occasional illustrator living in Boston's North Shore. Brendan received his BFA from Montserrat College of Art with a concentration in illustration in May of 2016. His work is rooted in a brutish and naive style and often focuses on the absurdity of humanity. He uses a mix of dark humor, symbolism, and metaphor to create narrative works that often focus on taboo or unsavory subjects. He struggles everyday writing and rewriting this statement. All encompassing descriptive words are hard to gather when the work is ever-changing.
